    What to Expect

    Each class is an immersive experience designed to make you feel at home, in a relaxed and friendly environment. With a maximum of 6 participants, you’ll have the opportunity to receive personalized attention and interact directly with me and the other guests. We’ll take the time to explore the culinary traditions that define both Italian and Sardinian cuisine, learning how to work with fresh, genuine ingredients.

    Throughout the class, I will guide you step by step in the preparation of each dish, sharing tips and techniques that will allow you to recreate the recipes in your own kitchen. No prior cooking experience is necessary—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, you’ll enjoy learning and cooking with us.

    At the end of the class, we will gather around the table to savor the dishes we’ve prepared. This will be a special moment of sharing, where you’ll not only discover the authentic flavors of our cuisine but also enjoy some delicious local wines. I will offer you a glass of Sardinian Vermentino, fresh and aromatic, the perfect pairing for seafood flavors, and a glass of Prosecco to toast to our culinary adventure.
